Once an order is placed The Light Keeper will send you an email confirmation.
We process and dispatch all orders twice a week on a Monday and on a Thursday.
Please inform us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need an order sending to you immediately and we will strive to get it out to you immediately.
We offer a local, personal delivery service within 20 miles of our shop (CT9 1EW) upon request. Just email us at email@example.com and we will take it from there.
Click and collect is an option available to you. Collection can be from our store in the Margate Old Town or from our warehouse in Manston.
You have 7 days upon delivery of your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please email us within this time period and we will tell you what to do next
Postage (both outgoing and incoming) is not covered under our returns policy and will therefore be deducted from total refunds given (unless item(s) has/have arrived damaged).

• All items ordered remain the Property of The Light Keeper until paid for in full
• All items are to be paid for prior to delivery
• If you need to change a delivery address, please contact The Light Keeper as soon as possible
• Once dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be changed on orders
• Upon delivery you have 7 days to notify The Light Keeper of damaged goods or if you are unsatisfied
